The staff of Torrino is working hard to reorganize the various hospitality aspects as well as on the protocol to satisfy guidelines regarding health and safety that will guarantee high standards for both guests and staff, whilst maintaining the same quality of experience.
Of course all the hygiene procedures will be more strict starting from cleaning the apartments, to the strengthening of sanitation procedure of common and pool areas. There will be hand-sanitizing gel in all the shared areas.
Torrino is already set up to guarantee social distancing since we have an estate of 5 acres. With a wide choice of outdoor set-up areas, we offer guests maximum privacy and the ‘luxury’ of space that make a stay with us unique.
Our resort and the surrounding area are the ideal place to feel free to find your own space to practice outdoor activities and to enjoy nature.

Reception
- All staff use of face mask and gloves.
- Hand-sanitizing gel for staff and guests.
- Facilitated check-in.
- Outdoor reception under a porch in order to allow guests to check in in full safety.
- Freshly sanitized keys for each new check in.
- Surgical masks available for guests.
- Each apartment has useful numbers for medical emergencies (hospital and first-aid station).
- The reception is ready for medical emergencies with all anti-covid numbers available.
Apartments
- Certified sanification for each new arrival both inside and ouside the apartment.
Swimming Pool
- A hand-sanitizing station is available to all guests.
- A sign where we remind social distancing rules and entry into the water respecting others.
- Thorough cleaning of the pool solarium, sunbeds, small tables, etc… which are sanitized once a day.
- Each apartment will be assigned a dedicated parasol at the beginning of the stay.
- Parasols are spaced out.
Tennis
- A hand-sanitizing station is available to all guests at the entrance.
- Booking of the tennis court.
- Tennis rackets sanitized for each new guest.
Cleaning Company
